The earlier the better to ensure availability, however we have been known to squeeze plenty of orders in last minute, so don’t hesitate to try us for that last second booking. 

Cancellations with 7 days notice or more receive full store credit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice receive 50% of their purchase total as credit to be used at a later date, while 50% is non refundable to help us cover the time/value of prepped materials as well as the now empty time slot that we cannot resell on short notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hr notice are 100% non-refundable & non-creditable. Holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable & non-creditible.
